Copio SPHR Dashboard was a greenfield project — designed to give system administrators a unified view of backup performance, machine health, and alert management across multiple clients. I led the product design process end-to-end: from user research and IA to dashboard interaction models and visual systems.

The HRMS platform was designed to centralize and streamline core human resource operations within a single system. It supports employee onboarding, performance reviews, calibration cycles, document verification, and ongoing HR queries. reducing fragmentation across tools and manual processes. The objective was to build a scalable, role-aware platform that worked seamlessly for employees, managers, and HR administrators while maintaining clarity, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Ground Animal Welfare is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and protecting animals in need. While their on-ground impact was strong, their digital presence didn’t fully reflect the scale of their work or make it easy for people to understand, support, or engage with the cause. The goal of this project was to redesign the social media and website to clearly communicate the organization’s mission, simplify information access, and encourage meaningful actions such as donations, volunteering, and adoption.

TerraBarn is a handmade terracotta jewellery brand rooted in earthy aesthetics, slow craftsmanship, and sustainable design. While the products had strong word-of-mouth traction, the brand lacked a scalable digital storefront, limiting reach, conversions, and long-term growth. The objective was to transform TerraBarn into a fully functional Shopify-powered e-commerce brand, combining thoughtful design with robust backend workflows, automation, and conversion-ready user journeys.
